Panathenaic Stadium & Hellenic Childrens’ museaum

►   Panathenaic Stadium

The Roman Stadium of Athens is known as the Roman Stadium, or just Kallimarmaro which means made of fine marble. We are referring to this incredible stadium that stands at the end of Herodes Atticus st, in a walking distance from the temple of Olympian Zeus, the Arch of Hadrian and the Acropolis. This amazing stadium was originally constructed in the ancient times to host the famous Panathenaic Games, which were held to honour goddess Athena, the protector of the city.

►   Hellenic Children’s Museum

The Hellenic Children's Museum is located inside the 'Athens Conservatoire' in an atmosphere unlike other museums. It has a variety of exhibits that aim to help every child understand the world in which he or she lives, in his or her own way.

The philosophy of the Hellenic Children’s Museum is based on the phrase “I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand”. In the Children’s Museum, children can broaden their knowledge and experiences in many different areas.
